The end is near is the cry we heard around the turn of the millennium.  But have we heard such cry lately?  The fact of the matter is that the Lord is coming back.  And this time it will not be as a man who loved us and died for us.  The second coming will be a day of God’s wrath and judgment on sin.  And so we need to keep in mind what the day of the Lord will mean for us as we look at the day of the Lord from Zephaniah.
